How to Configure Proxy in Internet Explorer [Configure to use Proxy Server]

Many of the Gprs Tricks on Pc it Needs to use proxy servers in Browsers. Now We are teaching you how to configure proxy in Microsoft's Internet Explorer. The Screen shots may help you to understand more clearly.


How to Make or set up Internet Explorer to Use a Proxy Server :

Open Internet Explorer and Select : tools » Internet Options

Then you will get Internet Options as Shown In the Screenshot below. You can provide an home page there (marked as 1in the figure). Then select Connections tab

When you selected Connections tab you will get as follows :
On the box 'Dial-up and Virtual Private Network settings', select your connection that you are using to connect internet( marked as 1 ) and click Settings.

Then you will see a box as shown in the figure given below.
Under 'proxy server' you can see a check box to use a proxy server. Select the check box.
Give the address of the proxy server on Address and port on port. then Click OK .
