How to change windows 7 64 bit to windows xp 32 bit
Just install win xp 32 bit on a spare partition and use any boot manager to dual boot.Note that 32 bit windows will not be able to utilise your pc's full hardware capabilities but will work.
If you don't have spare partition then you can create one with a software like partition magic.
Else just format and make 2 fresh partitions. First install xp and then win 7. You won't need additional boot manager in this case as win 7 will detect the previously installed xp.
