Where can I download a free translator

For Hebrew, a free English-Hebrew dictionary (not a full dictionary, it is open source and constantly added to) : http://www.freelang.net/dictionary/hebrew.php

For free translators for both languages, go to http://translation.babylon.com. You can select your language to and from, and then download the translator for each. I recommend downloading four of them, English to Hebrew, Hebrew to English, English to Arabic, Arabic to English to get the greatest results.

I Can't access Google or Youtube-What will Do

It should be time for you to remove the cookies in your internet browser. Then, clear the caches. And the best of all clear everything from your browsing history.

If you don't know where to start, just go to the TOOLS menu on top of your internet browser and click Option.

It is clearly a sign of a weak internet browser. That really happens that is why mostly every two years a newer version is being launched. Upgrade your internet browser, look it from the list and download.

What is compiler-Define Compiler

A compiler is a computer program (or set of programs) that transforms source code written in a programming language (the source language) into another computer language (the target language, often having a binary form known as object code). The most common reason for wanting to transform source code is to create an executable program.
The name "compiler" is primarily used for programs that translate source code from a high-level programming language to a lower level language (e.g., assembly language or machine code). If the compiled program can run on a computer whose CPU or operating system is different from the one on which the compiler runs, the compiler is known as a cross-compiler. A program that translates from a low level language to a higher level one is a decompiler. A program that translates between high-level languages is usually called a language translator, source to source translator, or language converter. A language rewriter is usually a program that translates the form of expressions without a change of language.

External Hard disk doesn't Open-What to Do

This can be due to data corruption or to a physically damaged HDD.

In both cases DON'T format it, because you'd overwrite the data already being there, making it impossible to recover them.

Recovery is possible in both cases, but if it's due to a hardware failure, the only way is bringing your HD to a specialized lab and it can be very expensive. It's up to you to decide if the lost data are worth spending a big amount of money to try recovering 'em.

You could get through a "homemade" solution to this problem (I found this remedy on several web sites) but I suggest you to turn to it only as an extreme desperate attempt in case anything else resulted being no use and anyway i don't recommend it (even though in one case it worked for me).

Unscrew the hard disk from its case using a screwdriver (an external HDD in the end is a case containing an ordinary HDD), then put the internal hard disk into a freezer auto-sealing bag (kinda Ziplock).

Leave it into your freezer for several hours; then re-insert the HD into its case and plug it into your PC.

Hopefully this should temporarily solve the problem letting you access to data. Now copy all you can to another hard drive as soon as possible.

Sometimes cold helps a mechanical device to work again for some minute and it'll work as long as it'll start getting hot again so you gotta be fast and keep fingers crossed.

I repeat, use it only as an extreme attempt and anyway only if lost data aren't very valuable to you. A professional lab remains a much more reliable solution but a geek has to prospect all possible solutions to a problem, also the mos extreme ones.

If it's a data corruption problem and you can't solve it performing ScanDisk (activating the option "error correction' as already suggested) the only way is using software recovery tools.

You can find a bunch of them googling, but I suggest the following ones:

1) if you HDD is formatted using a NTFS filesystem, my choice is NTFS UNDELETE (freeware). I could recover 500 GB from an external hard disk using it without losing any data.

2) If your HDD is formatted with FAT32 filesystem, my options are RECUVA (freeware),

Procedure you use when your laptop won't shut down

Toshiba laptops, are fair enough in quality but sometimes this sort of problem may arise that computer does not shut down properly.
To forcefully shut down ,one step you can follow is what SlipFallGuy has suggested is to use the start button for 5-10 seconds. But again, this may result in different problems and always results in safe mode start up to repair inconsistent state of last shut down.

Secondly, first check whether your computer is responsive or it is in a hang state. In any case you can use the keys CTRL+ALT+DELETE together to open the windows task manager. You can then check for those process which are unresponsive. This can be found in the application tab inside the windows task manager. Try to click end task by selecting those process and then wait again if the computer is again responding normal or not. If at all it is not responding then you can check for increasing other options which can increase you personal computer's performance. This are already installed in you windows machine such as disk cleanup , disk fragmentation etc. This will release some bad memory and mad sectors from your computer's memory.

Try this options and keep updating your laptop's state so that we can suggest better options if possible.

How to get stuck disk out of MacBook pro

If macbook does boot partially and just doesn't complete booting, you can try to connect a USB mouse and keep the button (or both buttons, if there are two) pressed while booting.

There are some unconventional methods, such as turn your macbook upside down so the disc falls out of its place (pray that it happens) and then try to use a two sided duct tape attached to a thin card such as credit card. You can also use a suction pump (hand-vac or similar) to drag the disc out.

If above doesn't work then you will have to get the macbook for service and they can easily remove the disc. You can also do it, but opening the mac will void the warranty and hence absolutely not recommended.

In case you decide to open, you will need to open the aluminum body first using Philips screws and take then take out the disc drive from its base. Once you have the drive, you can open the drive using Philips head screws and pull the disc out.

How to Make your Computer Run Faster

There are several ways to help improve your computer's speed.

1. DON'T Defragment every day!
2. DON't use Disk Cleanup every other day!
Granted these tools are there for your use, but only when needed!

I Defragment my hard drive about once a month. I use Disk Cleanup before I use Defragment.

3. DO use a small anti-virus program like Avast, or Avira. The freeware version of either of these is fine.
4. DO use a malware program once a month. Malwarebytes is an excellent program.
5. You can add additional ram and hard drive space if you want. Doing either/both of these will speed up your pc.

Please don't ever run your system without an anti-virus enabled. And don't disable indexing. (If you work with files all day, you are going to need indexing.)

6. DO run a registry cleaner about every 2 to 3 months. You can get a good one from MajorGeeks.com. Go to their forum and ask them what is the best one for your system.
