• Filters are such ready made design which can be added to your image easily for adding your respective effects on it. It is really a cool option in adobe photoshop. But for that you have to collect your required filters from internet.

•  Chose the filters you want to have. 

• Then download them. You will have them each filter in a separate file. 

• Then move those files in the folder of abode. Go to folder adobe photoshop/filters .

•  then paste all the files in it. Then you can have that option in your program and can simply add effects.
