Yesterday, we were telling you how Apple was already filing an injunction against the Samsung Galaxy S III concerning the new S-Voice application. Well Samsung is not ready to stop their phone’s sales so as they always do, they will just move ahead as planned and not care about what Apple has to say.
Lately it seems all Apple is doing is trying to ban every other smartphone in the United States. It started with Samsung a while ago then they attacked HTC and now they’re back to start a fight with Samsung. The korean company made it pretty clear today that they would stick to there schedule for sales of the device in the US and that they would come back at Apple with all they’ve got.
What Samsung said exactly is that they are going to “vigorously oppose” Apple’s attacks and release the smartphone on June 21st. They also planned “to demonstrate to the court that the Galaxy S III is innovative and distinctive”.
We all know that discussion or compromises have never been very efficient between the Cupertino firm and Sammy so we will be sure to keep an eye on the way things go and keep you updated.
